FESTIVAL DE CINE EUROPEO DE SEVILLA / SEVILLA EUROPEAN FILM FESTIVAL

En esto que me pongo a pensar y me doy cuenta de que he pasado por alto contar en este rincón la sensación que ha acompañado a la mejor noticia que tenemos desde que terminamos el rodaje: 

La SELECCIÓN DE LA PELÍCULA EN EL FESTIVAL DE CINE EUROPEO DE SEVILLA y su consiguiente ESTRENO OFICIAL.

La verdad es que todavía no he sido capaz de pararme un segundo a pensar en la relevancia real de esta gran noticia así que cuando preguntan "Cómo te sientes?", poco más puedo hacer que sonreír. Pero la verdad es que todavía no lo he pensado bien.

Y para ser sinceros no sé si lo llegaré a hacer en algún momento.

Pero sí hay algo que puede que sea lo más parecido a una respuesta a esa pregunta: "Lo conseguimos gente: TENEMOS PELÍCULA". Porque que el primer festival que te fijas como objetivo, uno de este calibre, te seleccione para llevar a cabo en él el estreno oficial es el reconocimiento de que hemos alcanzado la primera de las metas marcadas: tener una película que enseñar.

Eso sí, conforme se acerca el momento reconozco que ese día voy a tener que darme a la marihuana o algo similar para rebajar nervios.
¿Alguna sugerencia?

So here I am, trying to remember if I already wrote here about how I felt when we knew the best news we have had since we ended the shooting:

BEING SELECTED AT THE SEVILLA EUROPEAN FILM FESTIVAL and our OFFICIAL RELEASE.

And certainly, I didn't.

The truth is I've not been able to stop for a sec to think about how important this is so when they ask me "How do you feel about it?", I can barely give a better answer that just smiling.

And to be honest I'm not sure I'll find than answer eventually.

But maybe this could be the closest thing to that: "We made guys: WE GOT A MOVIE". Because when the first film festival -and one as much important as this- that you clearly pointed as the first one to get into, it selects your movie for the official release, it makes you feel your first mission is accomplished: we've got a movie to show.

I'm gonna need to use some drugs like marihuana as the time goes by and the date is getting closer.

Any suggest?
